Samuel Park

Pastor Sam was born and raised in the NYC area. He comes from a family of pastors. Growing up, he thought he was going into medicine or architecture, but he felt God tug at his heart to be in pastoral ministry, starting with a gracious promise of blessing while he was on a mission trip in Mexico. He received his M.Div from Drew Theological School and D.Min from Wesley Theological Seminary. He has served churches in New York, Maryland, New Jersey, and is currently serving First United Methodist Church of Delran in NJ. Pastor Sam has a heart for preaching and teaching, the local church and missions, and he loves to see disciples of Jesus making disciples of Jesus. He and his wife Grace are blessed with two wonderful children. When not involved in ministry, he enjoys building things, whether it be Legos or furniture. Most recently, he's been fighting his sweet tooth by building his body in the gym. On some days the sweet tooth still wins.
